THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEE (CSST) IS AN INSTITUTION WITHIN THE COMPANY DEDICATED TO IMPROVING OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AND WORKING CONDITIONS.
In April, the elections of the staff representatives to the CSST took place in each entity of the SOGAFRIC Group in Gabon. These representatives work in close collaboration with the General Manager, to ensure the protection of employees and participate in the improvement of their working conditions in terms of health and safety at work. Consequently, they contribute to the improvement of the quality of life in the company.
