THE SOGAFRIC GROUP CONTINUES ITS HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT POLICY BY PARTICIPATING IN THE TRAINING OF TOMORROW'S PROFESSIONALS.

Indeed, according to the new labor code in Gabon, the employment support program offers two types of contracts:

These 6-month contracts are renewable once. They are supervised by an internship supervisor and by the National Employment Office and contribute to the acquisition of professional skills. The main advantage for the beneficiaries is to learn a trade, to acquire a professional experience while being paid.

At the end of the contract, the trainee can either be hired by the employer or find a job quickly thanks to the training received. The SOGAFRIC Group currently employs 15 employees undergoing professionalization. By the end of 2022, they will be joined by other professionalization or professional adaptation contracts, within the entities of the SOGAFRIC Group for the following jobs: welder, warehouse assistant, washerman, administrative employee, refrigeration worker, electrician, workshop receptionist, bodywork painter or painter.
