Creation of BOUTONNET ESTABLISHMENTS and Co. in Port-Gentil (Gabon).

1966 GABON

Creation of the SOGAFRIC company by Mr. Robert BOUTONNET in Libreville.

1972 FRANCE

Creation of BTA (Technical Supply Office).

1973 GABON

Creation of SODIM TP (automobile and construction and forestry machinery).

1976 GABON

Creation of SOGI (industrial and naval construction).

1982 GABON

New group structure leading to the creation of: SOGAFRIC SERVICES (air conditioning, industrial and commercial refrigeration, high voltage, low voltage, generators, fire safety, safes, community equipment, plumbing) and ELECTRA (Office equipment, home and office appliances).

1988 FRANCE

Creation of SFT (Ternes Financial Company).

1991 FRANCE

BTA becomes BTA SERVICES.

1995 GABON, CONGO , EQUATORIAL GUINEA, MADAGASCAR, FRANCE, RDC, CAMEROON, BENIN, IVORY COAST, SAO TOME AND PRINCIPE AND SENEGAL

Creation of COMPAGNIE KOMO ;
Buyout of SCOA-Gabon (now TOYOTA GABON) ;
Acquisition of shares in PARIBAS GABON (current BGFIBank Group).

1996 GABON

Creation of BGFIBank.

1997 GABON

Buyout of all the SOGAFRIC Group companies by COMPAGNIE KOMO: SODIM TP, SOGAFRIC SERVICES, SOGI, ELECTRA, TOYOTA GABON, Acquisition of shares in SEEG (energy and water).

1998 GABON

Creation of E.I.G. GESPARC.

2001 ANGOLA and FRANCE

New Group architecture leading to the birth of: SOGAFRIC SERVICES (refrigeration, plumbing, electricity and security activities, air conditioning, community
equipment, industrial and commercial refrigeration, low voltage electricity, security) ELECTRA (office and home equipment).

2003 CAMEROON

Acquisition of shares in the BVMAC (stock exchange).

2004 GABON

Creation of SOGAFRIC HOLDING.

2005 GABON

Acquisition of shares in MABOUMINE (mines).

2008 FRANCE

Merger of BTA SERVICES and SFT.

2015 GABON

Merger of SOGI by SODIM TP.

2019 SENEGAL

Creation of SOGAFRIC SENEGAL.
