THE REQUIREMENTS OF HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT STANDARDS HAVE BEEN FORMALISED IN ALL GROUP ENTITIES.
To establish the safety and environment culture, certain procedures have been deployed :
- The implementation of weekly security quarter-hours in each company of the SOGAFRIC Group, in accordance with the Group security rules and customer security requirements.
These discussion sessions consist of communicating on safety instructions, answering participants’ questions and making them active and aware of their own safety and that of their colleagues. This practice promotes a participatory approach aimed at improving, in the long term, the safety of the staff.
- Health and safety prevention are a major concern for the SOGAFRIC Group in order to guarantee the physical and mental integrity of all of its staff. The strengthening of prevention and the analysis of accidents improve working conditions within the entities. The SOGAFRIC Group has set several objectives for 2020 :

Standardisation of all the operational practices of all of its entities by implementing the eight essential principles of quality management.
Reduction of dangers and work accidents by the continuous improvement of the risk management implemented in each company.
Reducing its environmental footprint by preventing pollution with the establishment of a partnership with an approved company for the collection and disposal of hazardous waste (batteries, empty freon bottle, filters) according to applicable environmental requirements.
